Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near popular national parks, offering spacious two-bedroom units with fireplaces in each room and full kitchen amenities. While the place seemed clean and had an adjoining parking lot, the ups and downs of the resort make it a mixed bag.
I have to say, the hotel was a bit of a mix. On one hand, my room was really nice with a small equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and a good heating system. But boy, it would have been so much better with A/C. The service was a bit hit and miss - some staff were amazing while others seemed unknowledgeable. And the location was a bit disappointing with separate buildings to drive to, but the hikes and viewpoints nearby were fantastic. Dining was simple, and the facilities were okay. Average overall.
The lodge sits high up with breathtaking views and offers rooms with cozy fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, and convenient amenities, although check-in was delayed. The service was pleasant despite a slight effect from altitude sickness. The location is perfect for enjoying the snow and slopes, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The dining options were simple, and some facilities had limited hours, but the lodge offers fresh sushi for a unique experience.
