The hotel is conveniently located near popular national parks, offering spacious two-bedroom units with fireplaces in each room and full kitchen amenities. While the place seemed clean and had an adjoining parking lot, the ups and downs of the resort make it a mixed bag.

Rooms
7.0
My stay was in the same area as some construction, but the extra pool towels in the room were a nice touch.
Service
6.0
Service was accommodating and kind, although I heard it had been a problem for others for more than 5 years.
Location
8.0
The location was gorgeous, offering proximity to great national parks like Zion and Bryce. However, it did not seem very clean.
Dining
7.0
The Summertime dining experience was satisfactory, with gyu-don dishes on offer. Some facilities like the hot tub didn't open until later in the day.
Facilities
8.0
The 2-bedroom unit with fireplaces in each room and a full kitchen equipped with an oven and full-size refrigerator was a highlight. However, the gift shop and hot tub facilities had limited hours, which was a bit inconvenient.

6.0/10

I have to say, the hotel was a bit of a mix. On one hand, my room was really nice with a small equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and a good heating system. But boy, it would have been so much better with A/C. The service was a bit hit and miss - some staff were amazing while others seemed unknowledgeable. And the location was a bit disappointing with separate buildings to drive to, but the hikes and viewpoints nearby were fantastic. Dining was simple, and the facilities were okay. Average overall.

The lodge sits high up with breathtaking views and offers rooms with cozy fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, and convenient amenities, although check-in was delayed. The service was pleasant despite a slight effect from altitude sickness. The location is perfect for enjoying the snow and slopes, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The dining options were simple, and some facilities had limited hours, but the lodge offers fresh sushi for a unique experience.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were equipped with a fireplace, whirlpool tub, microwave, and other useful amenities, but the lack of air conditioning made them a bit too hot at times.

The service was nice, and although the altitude affected us a bit, it didn't truly impact our stay.

The location was wonderful after a day in the snow, offering stunning views and convenient access to nearby stores and beginner slopes.
